The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract with a qualified Offeror to create a Career Mapping Tool Software Platform, an online system that offers a statewide education and career mapping software platform that is linked to state career opportunities and offers a career interest aptitude assessment. The platform needs to serve as a comprehensive interactive tool for students grades 7-12, parents, industry, and public educators to map a collaboratively developed student plan for college and career readiness. This college and career readiness platform needs to include a four year high school plan identifying career goals, postsecondary alignment, and include high school credentials through higher education certificate or degree attainment.
