San Juan County is seeking a qualified consultant to provide event photography and visual documentation support for approximately 20 Rural Leaders for Economic Mobility (RLEM) engagement events occurring between February and December 2026. San Juan County intends to contract and pay for a defined bank of event photography and documentation services during the grant period ending April 30, 2026, with photography support available for engagement activities scheduled through December 2026. The photographer will work closely with the San Juan County Economic Development Department and coordinate with other project consultants, including the County’s Graphic Design & Outreach Materials Consultant, to ensure photos are usable for reporting, outreach, and future materials. The consultant shall perform the following tasks: Attend RLEM engagement events throughout San Juan County to document community participation and project activities. Capture high-quality photographs including event action shots, group photos, community interaction, meeting settings, and occasional professional headshots as requested. Provide culturally respectful and community-centered photography that reflects the people, partners, and communities engaged in the RLEM process. Edit and enhance photographs as needed for clarity, lighting, and professional use.
