2. SCOPE OF SERVICES The selected engineering firm will serve as the City's consulting engineer, providing expert guidance and technical services throughout all phases of the Ephraim Canyon Upper Waterline Replacement Project. The scope of services is anticipated to include, but is not limited to, the following key areas: • Funding assistance and coordination (including compliance with federal funding requirements) • Environmental permitting and coordination with various federal entities (remainder of efforts, recognizing a portion is already complete) • State and federal permitting for all aspects of the project • Detailed surveying and engineering design • Bid assistance and procurement support • Construction management • Construction inspection • Project closeout
