Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1 A narrative that illustrates the Offeror’s understanding of the State’s requirements and project schedule MMR Attachment 2 A chart that shows alignment of the software and the Key Uses and Can Do Descriptors for each grade that the Offeror plans to give services to. MMR Attachment 3 Provide access to: a. a demonstration account that shows the experience of the student b. a demonstration account that shows the experience of the teacher c. sample report d. method for reviewers to log in and interact with the system anonymously (without tracking by the company). MMR Attachment 4 Provide a presentation (30 to 45 min) which demonstrates how the software aligns with the WIDA Key Uses and Can Do Descriptors and the types of reports that will guide educators MMR Attachment 5 A sample detailed professional development lesson that shows teachers how the reports include easily accessible and useable data regarding how data inform instructional changes MMR Attachment 6 A sample detailed professional development lesson that shows teachers how the software aligns with the WIDA practices of support for all levels of language proficiency in listening, reading, speaking and writing. MMR Attachment 7 The name, e-mail address, mailing address, and telephone number, of the person the State should contact regarding the proposal MMR Attachment 8 A brief description of how long the Offeror has been performing the services relating to the work that is required by this RFP. A minimum of three years required. MMR Attachment 9 The names and contact information of customer references from individuals for projects similar to the services sought under this RFP and which represent: a. One of the larger accounts currently serviced by the Offeror, and b. Two completed projects MMR Attachment 10 An executive summary (one page) that briefly describes the Offeror’s plan. This summary should highlight the major features of the proposal. It must indicate any requirements that cannot be met by the offeror. The reader should be able to determine the essence of the proposal by reading the executive summary. MMR Attachment 11 A narrative (no more than one page) that describes how the software incorporates effective approaches and methodologies that are educationally sound for teaching English Learners MMR Attachment 12 A narrative describing the Offeror’s security protocols to collect or share student data and how student data will be protected and stored securely MMR Attachment 13 Vendor must agree to provide the solution for all schools in the state for the amount listed in the budget.
