The City of Rowlett (“City”) is requesting proposals from a licensed professional and qualified Benefits Consultant to provide professional services related to the City‟s Group Health Plan, Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, and Long-term Disability benefits. Working in partnership with City staff, the selected bidder will review, analyze and make recommendations for the employee health and wellness plans to manage an Employee Health Benefits Program that will help us to attract and retain top quality employees. The City is particularly interested in a Benefits Consultant who can offer creative, innovative approaches that help us maintain quality and contain cost without sacrificing fiscal soundness.
