Capable of integrating with current Student Information Services (SIS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (Discovery, Focus School, Quintessential School Systems), and PA systems (Epic System (Audio Enhancement), Raulin, Bogen) which will automatically send a verbal message over the PA system when a Lockdown or other protocol is activated. Ability to easily create group messages at school level (principals, teachers, staff), and at the district level. Ability for system to import groups for SIS or ERP systems. Describe capability, if any, of sending messaging in multiple languages and what languages are supported. Easily send any type of messaging to groups, such as Covid information. Product must have an easy to use application look and feel and should be easily accessible from multiple platforms; mobile phone (Android and iPhone), tablet, PC, Chromebook. Must have a Dashboard view that can be used at the district Emergency Operations Center (EOC) that gives live feedback of what is occurring at the school. Capable of “Drill Mode” that allows principals and staff to use the product regularly to create familiarity and gives the district a way to track drills that have been completed.
