THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO: EXTEND THE QUOTE DUE DATE TO 3:00 PM MST ON JANUARY 23, 2025; PROVIDE QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS (ATTACHMENT 6); PROVIDE THE TEAM PARTNER CONSENT FORM (ATTACHMENT 7); CORRECT THE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE IN SECTION 1.5 OF THE PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT TO (PLEASE REPLACE PAGE 3 OF THE PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT WITH REPLACEMENT PAGE 3 (ATTACHMENT 8)):
- Base Period: Date of Award through January 31, 2027
- Option Period One: February 1, 2027 through January 31, 2028
- Option Period Two: February 1, 2028 through January 31, 2029
- Option Period Three: February 1, 2029 through January 31, 2030
- Option Period Four: February 1, 2030 through January 31, 2031

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 1240LR26Q0002 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Janitorial Services.
This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720. The small business size standard is $22 Million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
