Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Plan, promote and produce a Demolition Derby in the West Jordan Rodeo Arena i. Solicit drivers, promote the event and avoid other racing conflicts. ii. Solicit sponsors. iii. Provide the required staff to run the event and races; 1. limiting back gate entrance to one driver and two pit crewmembers. iv. Have timing gear, flags, computers, and all necessary equipment. v. Contractor will be responsible to have adequate tow trucks on site for towing of vehicles between each heat. b. Plan, promote, and produce a derby that will attract a crowd and be entertaining. i. Provide oversight for the preparation of the derby area. c. Have or produce a website that contains the information for the event. i. Post event information on other web and social media sites.
