The Jordan Basin Improvement District is seeking a qualified CMGC with expertise in gravity sewer pipeline installation using open-cut and trenchless methods in Herriman, UT. The new 12-inch buried pipeline will connect a planned residential development on the southwest side of Mountain View Corridor (MVC), cross underneath MVC within the UDOT right-of-way via a 24-inch casing, and connect to the existing JBID sewer system located along Academy Parkway in Herriman, UT. The District is using a Qualifications Based Selection process to hire a CMGC to provide pre-construction and construction services for the construction of a 12-inch gravity sewer pipeline, approximately 2,850 linear foot in length, using open trench and trenchless construction methods along Academy Parkway and crossing the Mountain View Corridor (MVC) in Herriman, UT. Additional work includes a maintenance roadway, site restoration and grading, manholes, connection to an existing manhole, UDOT coordination and permitting, a 24-inch steel casing, and associated appurtenances for the complete installation of the gravity sewer pipeline.
