JVWCD is evaluating its current computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and invites CMMS vendors to provide a demonstration based on 5 different scenarios included in Attachment A. All demonstrations will be held virtually beginning December 9, 2025 until January 30, 2026 with a maximum time limit of 2 hours. To participate in a demonstration participants shall fill out and submit the NOI to John Kahle, johnk@jvwcd.gov. All participants will then be contacted by John Kahle to schedule a date and time for the demonstration. These demonstrations are meant to be informal and will have various members of JVWCD’s asset management team, operations, maintenance, and IT staff present. Since JVWCD is actively considering entering a formal process to replace its CMMS software, no souvenirs, wearables, food, or gifts of any value will be allowed in the demonstration.
