The project includes removal and replacement of the following units: ● RTU-1: One (1) 4-Ton rooftop HVAC unit ● RTU-2: One (1) 6-Ton rooftop HVAC unit ● RTU-3: One (1) 3-Ton rooftop HVAC unit ● RTU-4: One (1) 4-Ton rooftop HVAC unit ● RTU-5: One (1) 3-Ton rooftop HVAC unit Each rooftop unit replacement shall include, at a minimum: ● New packaged rooftop HVAC unit with factory-installed economizer ● Coil guards ● New gas flexible connections and regulators (where applicable) ● New electrical flexible conduit and disconnects ● Removal and lawful disposal of existing units ● Use of existing curbs unless modification is required for proper installation ● All necessary rigging, crane services, and roof protection ● Startup, testing, and commissioning of each unit
