Specifications include, but are not limited to: Salt Lake City Corporation (the City), is soliciting competitive sealed bids from a qualified contractors to have the concession to sell Christmas trees and related items like wreaths and boughs on City property at the Nibley Park Golf Course parking lot, located at 2780 South 700 East, Salt Lake City. The selected contractor shall place trees, structures and other materials only in the spaces indicated in Exhibit “C” of the attached Sample Agreement from November 15th through December 31st of each year covered under the resulting agreement. The adjacent parking area may be used for client parking. The selected contractor shall be responsible for their utilities and snow removal.
