Specifications include, but are not limited to: Utah Division of State Parks is seeking to enter into a five-year contract with a qualified vendor to provide consultation to Willard Bay State Park staff regarding the design of their annual Christmas light displays. The awarded vendor will not be doing any installation work. The Bidder Must be able to work with Willard Bay staff to help park staff understand the placement of the pixel lights and recommended props. Props may include: building trims, windows, candy canes, angels, wreaths, stars, mega trees, arch tunnels, etc. The Bidder MUST be able to engineer the correct amount of pixels for each prop and identify properly engineered power supply and injection. The Bidder MUST understand sACN e1.31 / artnet pixel controllers with adequate outputs to connect all props and layouts. Pixel controller Setup must be compatible with Xlights software. Pixels will use the ws2811 protocol and be 12v or 5v in bullet style format. Park staff and others will be performing all install functions.
