The CRM must support student recruitment and admissions, including undergraduate, concurrent enrollment, international, and graduate admissions, with preference for systems that also facilitate student retention and alumni relations. The system should be able to scale and integrate in order to support WSU’s strategic initiatives to enhance engagement and inform data-driven decision-making throughout all stages of the student lifecycle, from prospective students to alumni. The system must provide robust tools for managing the student lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and delivering actionable analytics. The CRM system should preserve Weber State University’s preexisting student data and leads, ensuring continuity and maximizing existing information to support a smooth transition and ongoing engagement efforts.
