Carbon County is soliciting proposals for an individual or firm to provide valuation of commercial properties within Carbon County to assess taxable values. The County will not be liable for any costs that the proposers may incur in the preparation or presentation of this proposal. The scope of work will entail reviewing the counties commercial property records, ensuring buildings are accurately measured and entered into the counties CAMA system (PUMA). Develop Land Guides for mass appraisal of commercial land, including documentation of the valuation of the commercial land. Assisting in the valuation of all commercial properties as well as prepare and attend any appeal hearings to uphold those assessed values that may be appealed.
