North Summit School District (the district) is seeking proposals from qualified firms for CM/GC services on the following project within the respective estimated construction budgets. New High School and Aquatic Center; New High Construction – Budget to be determined with CMGC collaboration The goal is to construct a new 9-12 high school with 550 student capacity approximately 168,000 to 175,000 square feet. The school will be built on an unoccupied site. The new school site will need to facilitate school, athletic fields, busing, parent drop-off, student pedestrian traffic, along with adequate staff, student and visitor parking. The Aquatic Center Construction – Budget to be determined with CMGC collaboration. The goal is to construct the new aquatic center at the site of the current high school and swimming pool. Demolition on the former high school will begin once the new high is complete. The new aquatic center will then be constructed. The selected firm must work closely with the District and Architect VCBO through the design phase, providing analysis of cost estimates, schedules, and necessary value engineering.
