Acts as liaison with agencies and internal programs to explain and provide technical assistance on agency and program statutory requirements. Collaborates on analysis and documentation of program policies. Conducts surveys and/or or reviews to determine compliance with certification requirements, laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Markets program area to community and professional groups to coordinate, improve, and/or stimulate interest in the program. Monitors compliance with program policies and procedures, statutes, and rules. Prepares administrative reports, studies, and performs specialized research projects. Prepares comprehensive reviews of literature, statutes, rules, and/or policies. Prepares justifications for procedural or policy changes. Reviews and assists in evaluating information on service delivery system methods, outputs, and activities in order to identify gaps in resources and recommend improvements.
