Specifications include, but are not limited to: Drainage channel reconstruction, relocation, and reinforcement. To include earthwork cut and fill to relocate the channel further to the east in most lots. Channel to be lined with cobble of varying sizes depending on the slope. Work to be completed either in the Winter to ensure removal of existing Phragmites or if in another season methods must be used to ensure the complete removal of Phragmites from the channel so that they do not come back. Re-seeding disturbed slopes with Rocky Mountain Wildflower Seed Mix or equivalent as approved by the City Engineer. Preservation of native Gambel Oak and other trees and shrubs where possible.
