Quote to establish a contract for a contractor to provide barricade traffic control for the 2026 Town Days Event. City Town Days Events: Rodeo, June 25-27; Parade & July 4th celebration, July 1-5, 2026. The Contractor will need to supply & set up all equipment before the events start and then take down & remove all equipment after the events are concluded. See the attached scope of work that specify the needs. Before the events, the Contractor will need to drive the routes with Kevin Willett 801-208-3420 or Jordan Williams 801- 208-3121. Required for Rodeo: 2 reader boards “Road will be closed June 25th – June 27th for Horse Trailer Parking”. These need to be put in place by June 18th at the following locations: Location #1: 1300 W. & 12650 S. in front of the fire station (west side of the street, so it can be read going south bound). Location #2: 1300 W. & 12850 S. Just south of intersection, (east side of the street, so it can be read going north bound). On June 25th, no later than 10:00 a.m., the following items need to be set at the following locations: 1300 W. 12700 S. 15 candlesticks & 7 water barriers 1300 W. 12800 S. 15 candlesticks & 7 water barriers These can be picked up any time after June 27th. Required for Parade: 5 reader boards “Parade Road closed July 3rd 5:30-9:00 p.m.” These need to be put in place by June 25 at the following locations: Location #1: 1750 W. & 13400 S.-north side of the street on 13400 S. Location #2: 2700 W. & 13400 S.- south side of the street on 13400 S. Location #3: 12600 S. 2200 W. (North side of the street, so it can be read going west bound) Location #4: 12600 S. 3200 W.
