Program and design a renovation of WSU existing softball field to address the following upgrades: Fix obstructed views including but not limited to replace dugouts or expanded seating, netting in lieu of chain link backstop. Additional facilities to house bathroom facilities for players, concessions and ticketing. Add a gateway sign to the softball complex. Architectural work will include: Fencing and netting ADA access Electrical (if needed) Mechanical (if needed) Perform coordinatization with stakeholders with the understanding that they are not the Project Manager Review existing site condition Create schematic design Provide an estimated project schedule and budget Attend meetings with project stakeholders for design Create final project design plans and specifications Assist WSU Purchasing with the bidding of the project Perform Architectural Construction Management Provide post construction as built drawings and plans
