Door frames are to be 3'0" x 6'8" hollow metal, door is to be metal slab. Double door in the garage; one door is to have a flush bolt on the top and bottom of the door. Doors are to include hinges and closures. Window frames are to be hollow metal frames, single pain glass to be included. Kennel Area (all areas except the front office area): Apply two coats of pre-catalyzed water born epoxy paint on sheet rock walls, ceiling, door trim and doors. Contractor is to supply the pre-catalyzed water born epoxy paint. Price must include all prep work, masking, scaffolding (if needed), small sheet rock or plaster repairs and clean up. two colors. Final color selection will be decided by the city. Water proof block walls with clear epoxy coating. Floors: All floors (office area and kennel area) Grind prep concrete (concrete will be new), application of joint fillers, crack fill and patching if needed, application of high solids epoxy and urethane topcoat.
