The Healthy Aging Program seeks to contract for a license to use the Compass data management system.; The Healthy Aging Program has contracted for a license to use the Compass data management system since 2014 through a sole source contract. It is a unique registration and data management system necessary to manage and monitor all evidence-based workshop registration, training, and leader and instructors for the Healthy Aging Program (HAP), Violence and Injury Prevnetion Program (VIPP), and Healthy Environments Active Living (HEAL) Program. Compass was developed specifically to coordinate the evidence-based programs, falls prevention programs and National Diabetes Prevention Program (NDPP). Along with data management, there is a robust data reporting feature and export system for national reporting. Compass meets HIPAA standards, maintains a HITECH-certified web host; encrypted in transit and at rest; undergoes annual HIPAA assessments; has two-factor authentication; and uses fine-grained access control.
