O coordinate and manage an annual off-highway vehicle (OHV) recreational event at Sand Hollow State Park. The selected contractor will be responsible for all aspects of planning and execution each year, including event logistics, safety management, coordination with park personnel, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The event will utilize designated areas of Sand Hollow State Park for staging, participant check-in, and restroom access, with primary riding activities occurring on adjacent SITLA-managed lands on Sand Mountain. The successful contractor must demonstrate the capacity and commitment to deliver a safe, well-organized, and sustainable event that enhances visitor recreation opportunities while protecting park resources and ensuring a positive experience for all participants.
