This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this announcement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued.

1. This requirement will be solicited as a Sole Source Requirement. NAICS Code:  238220

Small Business Size Standard: $15 M

1. Description of items to be acquired:

This requirement is to provide maintenance, servicing, repair, and calibration of twenty-three (23) Advanced AIS Programmable Signal Processor Interface Test Adapter Sub-Assemblies (AAIS-PSP-ITASAs), Model 1670 originally manufactured by Dynamics Corporation for support of Hill Air Force Base (HAFB). The AAIS-PSP-ITASA are integrated with test stations that are used to test and repair Line Replaceable Units (LRUs); specifically, the programmable signal processors which are mission critical for F-16 sustainment. The work will be performed at HAFB.

The period of performance is one (1) twelve-month basic year plus four (4) twelve-month option years.
