25-002 - 2025 Utility Project

The work includes the installation of approximately 3,623 linear feet of 8” SDR35 PVC sanitary sewer pipe, 44 sewer lateral connections, 17 sanitary sewer manholes, pipe connections, installation of concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, drive approach, and concrete flatwork, 2 pretreatments, 2- 60” Ø sumps, 26 linear feet of 12” SDR35 PVC storm drain pipe, cross gutter, asphalt and untreated basecourse, approximately 5,550 linear feet of 8” ductile iron waterline, an 8” waterline loop, 45 new water services, 28-8” gate valves, and 8- fire hydrants assemblies, approximately 60,000 square feet of roadway reconstruction and other improvements.
