Davis School District seeks competitive sealed bids from responsive and responsible companies to provide Seesaw for Schools software licenses, service, and training as listed in the line item section of this bid.
Bidders should accept Davis School District's Terms and Conditions in their entirety. A copy of those terms and conditions are included in the bid documents. In the event of a dispute, Davis School District Terms and Conditions will prevail.

Davis School District does not authorize any third-party resellers, brokers, consultants, or intermediaries to act on its behalf in any procurement activity unless explicitly stated in writing within the solicitation.
All communication, proposals, and pricing submissions must be handled directly between the offeror and Davis School District, in accordance with the instructions outlined in the solicitation. The District will not honor or consider proposals submitted through or influenced by unauthorized third parties.
Vendors are strongly encouraged to report any such misrepresentations to the Purchasing Department immediately.
