Davis School District (“District”) seeks competitive sealed bids from responsive and responsible Bidders to provide Pot, Pan, and Utensil Washers and Other Accessories to the Nutrition Services Department per the specifications included in the solicitation for a one-time purchase.

Alternate product(s) offered may be considered if the alternate product meets or exceeds specifications listed. If an alternate product is being offered, specifications should be included with your bid submittal to be considered. Davis School District reserves the right to determine if the product being offered meets or exceeds specifications.

This bid solicitation will result in a single award.

The Purchasing Department will handle the receipt of all qualifications, submittals, and bids for this bid solicitation and will oversee the management of the resulting purchase order contract for the Nutrition Services Department.
