KHRFI25-001 - High School Trackers with Postsecondary Learner Pathways and Outcomes

Davis School District is seeking information from qualified vendors capable of providing a comprehensive High School Student Tracking System focused on learner pathways and postsecondary outcomes. The purpose of this RFI is to gather information on existing products, capabilities, and solutions that support the long-term tracking of student outcomes following high school graduation.

The ideal solution will support the district in understanding how students progress through various postsecondary pathways and must meet the following core functional expectations:  (1) Utilize data directly sourced from participating US postsecondary institutions. (2) Support data collection from multiple types of postsecondary institutions, i.e., 2-year and 4-year colleges and universities, technical colleges, trade and vocational schools, etc. (3) Provide robust analytics and reporting features. (4) Adhere to all applicable FERPA and student data privacy laws.

Vendors are invited to respond with detailed information on their capabilities, including but not limited to product descriptions, data sources and integration methods, privacy compliance, and current client examples.
