Specifications include, but are not limited to: This item shall consist of all work related to the complete build-out of a new partition/separation wall for one of the Cargo Bays at Container Port Marine Cargo Building. One wall is to be constructed at the northern most bay that shares a wall with the existing administrative building. Work includes but is not limited to the construction of a 3 ft high, 150 ft long concrete partition wall base to include tying into the existing warehouse slab, the installation of the partition wall stud, and the installation of approximately 7,050 sq ft of gypsum board and 3,525 sq ft. of insulation. Measurements shall be confirmed by the contractor. Approximations are included in the attached scope of work. Payment for this item shall be on a Lump Sum basis and include all labor, material, equipment etc. required for a complete and functional build out.; This item shall consist of all work related to the plastering and painting of the erected partition wall. This encompasses approximately 7,050 sq ft of area. Measurements shall be confirmed by the contractor. Payment for this item shall be on a Lump Sum basis and include all labor, material, equipment etc. required for a completed job.
