Specifications include, but are not limited to: The objective of this project is to repair and upgrade the VITRAN Storage Building along with the Maintenance Building to pre-hurricane conditions. These buildings sustained minor damages from both Hurricanes Irma and Maria. The general items include but are not limited to the following: Mobilization, painting, and repair of damaged building components. The Storage Building’s garage door will be replaced along with broken glass louvers and guttering. Electrical work in the form of replacing damaged indoor light fixtures and outdoor security lights will be replaced on both buildings. Light patchwork will be performed on the insulation in the Maintenance Building to repair minor damages. Plywood will be installed over the insulation and painted to prevent birds from nesting and to complete a finished look. The current electrical apparatus on the ceiling will be uninstalled and then reinstalled for the installation process of the plywood ceiling.
