Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from one (1) or multiple provider(s) providers that are license and qualified to provide allied health services in Speech Language Therapy, Behavior, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Visual Impairment, Deaf or Hard of Hearing Impairment, American Sign Language, Psychological Evaluations, and Social Work to special needs students ages three to twenty-one (3-21) in the Territory of the U.S. Virgin Islands. The Virgin Islands Department of Education (VIDE) seeks qualified service provider(s)/person(s) with the knowledge, experience, and expertise to provide all things necessary to provide therapeutic services for identified students with disabilities and evaluative services to determine eligibility for specialized services. The vendor(s) will provide these specialized services in individual and/or small group sessions as outlined in the students’ Individual Educational Programs (IEP). The chosen vendor(s) will provide the aforementioned services for students, ages 3 years to 21 years old, in the St. Croix School District and the St. Thomas, St. John School District for the term of this contract.
