Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Burial Services (ALL burial line items): A. Furnish transportation of the body from the morgue to the funeral home and from the site of service to the grave for internment.; B. Preparation of remains/embalming.; C. Furnish clothing (if necessary).; D. Furnish burial casket (non-sealed metal); E. Arrangement and Supervision (except Direct Burial): Conducting the arrangements conference; planning the funeral; consulting with the family and clergy; preparing and filing of necessary notices; coordinating with the cemetery or other third parties.; 2. Cremation Services (ALL cremation line items): A. Furnish transportation of the body from the morgue to the funeral home.; B. Preparation of/for remains/cremation; C. Furnish combination unit-alternative container and urn; D. Arrangement and Supervision (except Direct Cremation): conducting the arrangements conference; planning the funeral; consulting with the family and clergy; preparing and filing of necessary notices; coordinating with the cemetery, crematory, or other third parties.; E. Obtain the death certificate and secure burial permits and authorizations.
