The respondent(s) shall pick up, receive, and deliver securely sealed or locked shipments (also referred herein as "deposit") which may contain any or all of the following: Currency Coins Checks Securities Other valuables The respondent(s) shall receive deposits placed in sealed package(s) by location for delivery to the financial institution. Sealed packages must be marked with the following: Name, title, location and address of the sender Name, title, location and address of the receiver The respondent(s) shall provide receipt books (i.e. manifest) to the Government as requested. The respondent(s) shall furnish written receipts for all securely sealed packages, and its receipt shall be evidence that the packages were properly sealed. The respondent(s) shall not be required to pick-up deposits not securely sealed or locked. The respondent shall pick-up deposits from the Government within two (2) hours of the preferred time pick-up and deliver the same to financial institutions. Pickup times may be adjusted by the Government in cooperation with the respondent(s). The Government will make the final decision on revised pick-up times. The respondent(s) shall provide armored vehicle services on each day of the week, to include weekends, as requested by the requesting agency or department, with the exception of days on which agencies or departments are closed. The respondent(s) shall provide service on holidays normally observed by the respondent, if the Government requires service on said day. The respondent(s) shall provide services when requested on holidays observed by the Government of the Virgin Islands agencies or other departments.
