During the declared incident period of September 16, 2017 through September 22, 2017, the US Virgin Islands suffered damages resulting from hurricane winds and wind driven rain causing damage to the facility owned and operated by the Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs. The site consists of (1) building. Damage from uplift and flying debris from high winds and wind-blown rain caused damage to the roof of the storage building and roll down gate. This scope of work is for repairs to the storage building, to restore the facility back to pre-disaster design, function, and capacity (in-kind) within the existing footprint.
