Ability to create Transport Manifests and other system documents 5. Systems monitoring and alerts that flag unusual discrepancies and other auditable measures 6. Email notifications and reminders 7. Backend Workflow capability to process and monitor batches of plants including multi- step reviews, flagging, systems inquiries, and holds 8. Database to query and develop ad-hoc reports 9. HIPAA-compliancy 10.Digital back-office 11.Responsive design 12.Ability to be tailored and/or amended specifically to Virgin Islands Cannabis Rules and Regulations 13.5 years or more experience in Cannabis Track and Trace programs 14.Password Management 15.Assigned Program Manager to provide technical assistance to OCR staff 16.Online / Virtual Training for OCR staff 17.Timeline to be executed within 4 months of contract agreement
