1. The respondent(s) shall provide uniformed guards and any equipment that may be necessary for the protection of life and property at the place under security. 2. The respondent(s) shall secure premises and personnel by conducting regular, random, and scheduled foot and/or vehicle patrols of the premises/property, inspect buildings, equipment, and access points permitting entry. 3. The respondent(s) shall monitor CCTV systems (if applicable) and other surveillance tools to detect suspicious activity. The respondent(s) shall screen all personnel, vehicles and deliveries entering or exiting the premises. 4. The respondent(s) shall prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedure, restraining trespassers, and contacting Law Enforcement for assistance. 5. The respondent(s) shall direct traffic and assist with parking management (if applicable). The respondent(s) shall manage crowd control during large meetings or gatherings, ensuring order and safety.
