The Contractor shall renovate and repair damages to the Gustave Bureau of Motor Vehicles Office on St. John to improve its functionality for a better user experience. The exterior work includes the Removal and Replacement of the Rear Fascia Board, Base Siding Plywood, Front Door & Jamb, and Generator. The work also entails Installation of Missing Downspouts, Gutter, Hardware, Soffit Boards, and Restoration and Repairs to the ADA Entry Ramps. The Pressure Wash, Prep and Painting of the Exterior Modular, Installation of Fixed Bollards, and the Cleaning Under the Modular Structure will be performed. Exterior work also includes the Removal and Replacement of the Damaged Flag Pole along with Pressure Washing, Prep & Painting of the Flag Pole Concrete Base. The interior work includes Removal and Replacement of Acoustic Ceiling Tiles and Lighting, Prep and Paint Wood Floor in Lobby, Clean and Wax Kitchen Floor, Restoration of Server Room Ceiling, Termite Treatment, Cosmetic Ceiling Repairs. The work also entails installing the HVAC system in the Cashier Office, upgrading ADA accessible and non-ADA accessible restrooms, and installing restroom signages. The ADA Accessibility restroom upgrades include Installation of Toilet Stall Door, Grab Bars, P-Trap Cover, Supply Lines/Valves, ADA Compliant Mirror, Toilet Paper Dispenser, and Paper Tower Dispenser. The ADA Accessibility upgrades also entail Widening of the existing Toilet Stall Door Opening, Removal and Replacement of Existing A/C Diffuser, Sink, Faucet, and Light Fixtures. The Prep and Painting of the ADA restroom ceiling, Installation of the ADA Compliant Door Hardware & Closer along with the installation of the Switch and Outlet Receptable Plates, Exhaust Fan, and Crown Molding work will be done. Work will be done in the Non-ADA Restroom to replace the existing toilet seats and sink along with the installation of the paper towel dispenser. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Scope of Work, Manufactures Specifications, Bid Schedule, U.S. Virgin Islands Building Code, FP14, International Building Code, and the direction of the Project Architect/ Engineer in writing.
