Specifications include, but are not limited to: During the incident period of September 16, 2017 through September 22, 2017, severe wind, and wind driven rain impacted the U.S. Virgin Islands. Due to this incident, the George P. Scott Fire Station (Lima Company) suffered structural damages, and major water infiltration into the premise. The facility consists of (2) buildings, the main building, and the maintenance building. The maintenance structure (60 feet long x 40 feet wide x 26 feet high), consist of a steel frame with a galvanized exterior and insulation, with (2) bay doors and each end. This scope of work is for repairs to the Maintenance building to restore facilities back to pre-disaster design, function, and capacity (in-kind) within the existing footprint. The work includes, but is not limited to, repairs to the building’s downspouts, gutters, roll up doors, metal siding and insulation.
