The Department of Public Works is in need of a Contractor for Design and Landscaping Services for the Post Office Square and surrounding areas on the island of St. Thomas. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services described for delivering comprehensive beautification efforts, ensuring these areas are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and well-maintained for public enjoyment. The Contractor shall be responsible for all conceptual designs, installation, and landscaping of the area. The Contractor shall include in their proposal a detailed sign design plan, including plant selection, layout and materials, including a list of any guarantees or warranties for plant materials and workmanship to perform the services requested
