All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall, as requested, provide consulting services to the Board, and advise on all aspects of its insurance programs including medical, prescription drugs, dental, death, disability voluntary products and vision care insurance options including operations, claims, reserves and the overall progress and development. The consultant will also assist and lead the Board in reviewing and assessing all types of funding mechanisms, reserve requirements, and plan design alternatives that could result in cost savings at comparable levels of benefits. The consultant will provide assistance in completing new contracts for newly offered benefit programs, as well as during the annual renewal negotiation process and will assist the Board in taking a proactive approach to managing the programs on a long-term basis.
