Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Scope of Services (SOS) is to Master Address Repository for the Territory on behalf of the Office of the Lt. Governor. The United States Virgin Islands has undertaken the creation of a comprehensive street naming and addressing program, the Street Addressing Initiative (SAI), to improve the delivery of emergency and non-emergency governmental services and to enhance economic opportunities for its residents and business community. This effort has been underway for some time and is now in the process of assigning address numbers and street names throughout the Territory. As these data are created, a Master Address Repository (MAR) has been created and is being populated. Maintenance of these data over time will be critical to the success of the initiative.
