The Virgin Islands Port Authority (“VIPA”) hereby invites all General Construction, Marine Construction, Dredging, and all other applicable, licensed, and qualified firms of its Invitation to Bid (ITB) to furnish all labor, material, services, and equipment necessary for Marine Dredging Services in and around the Charlotte Amalie Harbor and Yacht Haven Grande Marina located on the island of the St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. The project encompasses dredging the entrance channels, turning basin, and berth pocket to facilitate safe and efficient navigation for large vessels. Additionally, the project includes a bid alternate for additional dredging for the expansion at the Yacht Haven Grande Marina (YHG), funded by YHG, to enhance the existing slips and accommodate further marina development.
