Power must be extended from the electrical/maintenance building to the electrical manhole located southeast of proposed MJS. The water valve located between Building 64 and Building GH will provide water from the northeast of the proposed MJS. Firewater from behind Building GH will provide water for the proposed sprinkler system which must also be installed by the contractor. Plumbing and electrical conduit will also run underneath and be supported by the proposed MJS. Sewer line will run west of the MJS to the existing sewer manhole. Finally, a 40-foot-long fence is to be constructed on the west side of the MJS to enclose the modular unit. The installation of the fire alarm and security system will be the responsibility of the owner, Bureau of Corrections (BOC). The full set of manufacturer’s drawings will be provided after award.
