Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall be required to perform all relative cleaning and sanitation services including emptying of wastebaskets and removal of trash per service occurrence. Cleaning of all inner/outer glass casing (windows), sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and waxing of all floors at the location listed. The contractor shall also be required to furnish all equipment and supplies needed to perform such duties. Services to be provided three (3) days per week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday To minimize any distraction to staff, service should start no earlier than 4:00PM. Floors, inclusive of carpeting, must be kept in a clean and waxed condition at all times. Floor tiles and carpet to be deep cleaned, scrubbed, and waxed during two (2) specific periods, as mutually agreed upon or requested. Emergency situations such as flooding or natural disaster shall be billed separately. Cleaning and sanitization of furniture in work cubicles and dusting of any wall hangings should be performed each service occurrence. Deep cleaning sanitization for virus precautionary measures should be performed quarterly and as requested and shall be billed separately. Restrooms are to be swept, mopped, cleaned, and sanitized each service occurrence. This cleaning is inclusive of floors, wall tiles, mirrors, and commodes. The placement and replacement of toilet tissue, hand/paper towel, liquid soap, in the appropriate dispensers, is involved. Flooring throughout office, outer and inner, should be cleaned, maintained, and waxed appropriately. Accessible interior and exterior windows and window treatments to be kept clean. Perform related duties as required. Provide timely and accurate invoicing for services rendered to the Department pursuant to terms and conditions of the applicable executed contract.
