Contractor shall perform the following tasks on a daily basis: a. Disinfect, sanitize, and clean all breakrooms, bathrooms, hallways, training room spaces, and covered reception areas; b. Collect and dispose of trash in all offices, cubicles, conference rooms, lobbies, kitchens, bathrooms and hallways; c. Remove collected trash from premises; d. Replace liners in all trash receptacles; e. Wash and deodorize trash receptacles in kitchens and bathrooms as needed or as requested; f. Sweep and mop floors in all offices, cubicles, conference rooms, lobbies, kitchens, bathrooms and hallways as needed or as requested; g. Sweep and/or dry mop all door mats at all entrances and exits; h. Vacuum all carpeted surfaces; i. Dust and wipe down all office equipment (desks, computers, telephones, televisions, etc.) with applicable cleaners as needed or as requested; j. Clean, wipe, sanitize and disinfect all restrooms, to include sinks and counters, toilets, urinals, doors and door handles, mirrors, fixtures, dispensers, air blowers, walls, ledges, partitions and pipes; k. Clean and sanitize light switches, interior doors, door frames and door handles, handrails and waste and trash containers; l. Wipe down and clean all exterior glass doors, and receptionist windows; and m. Clean and sanitize kitchen sinks and countertops, doors and door handles, appliances, walls, chairs and tables; n. Clean windows, blinds, and vents as needed or as requested; o. Restock bathroom dispensers as required; and p. Clean and sweep exterior areas of all buildings.
