Bi-Weekly Services (Twice per week) 1. The respondent shall be responsible for dusting and cleaning (dirt removal) all administrative offices, receptionist areas, bathrooms, kitchenettes (to include kitchen equipment), conference rooms, lounge rooms, locker rooms, storage closets, and other common areas located throughout the sites. 2. The respondent shall clean and disinfect all bathrooms and its fixtures inclusive of sinks, faucets, toilets, urinals, dividers, mirrors etc. 3. The respondent shall disinfect all door handles, high-touch surfaces, light switches, trash receptacles and water dispensers. 4. The respondent shall sweep and mop all hard floor surfaces. The respondent(s) shall utilize Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved 99% antibacterial disinfectants similar to Clorox Bleach, Pine Sol, etc. 5. The respondent shall clean all glass doors, windows, door frames and water dispensers. 6. The respondent shall empty all waste baskets, dispose of trash and replace garbage liners. 7. The respondent shall clean and sweep exterior areas of the buildings and all steps. 8. The respondent shall spot clean walls, base boards, and partitions to remove stains and marks as necessary. 9.
