Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Government of the Virgin Islands (GVI) through the Department of Finance (DOF) is seeking a qualified vendor with the knowledge, experience, software, and technical capability, to provide a fully integrated merchant services system for agencies within the Government of Virgin Islands (GVI). This platform should provide online payment options for GVI citizens and customers through a single payment portal. The merchant services system must be integrated with the GVI’s official financial system, Tyler Munis Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and the individual agency software systems to allow for efficient reconciliation. DOF has oversight and management responsibilities of the GVI ERP and the reconciliation process of financial transactions. The proposed solution should improve timeliness, eliminate human error, and allow agencies to upload supporting documentation to improve the reconciliation process.
