Specifications include, but are not limited to: DESCRIPTION OF WORK: a) The contractor shall gather playground equipment for the projects from the owner and secure it prior to the installation of the new play structure systems. b) The contractor shall provide all necessary equipment for the removal of the existing playground equipment where noted. c) The contractor shall provide all necessary permits for the work. d) All prospective bidders shall visit the site of each facility to assess site conditions and determine if access to the facility is ample for the installation of the new play structure. Coordinate with the owner e) Removal and disposal of existing playground equipment and amenities, where noted. f) Installation of the new Playground Structures as per the attached manufacturer’s installation manual. g) All work shall comply with all the locally required building codes and any other pertinent requirements.
