Specifications include, but are not limited to: construct and install a metal picket fence, 360 linear feet at 8 feet high. Two (2) Metal picket gates will also be constructed and installed by the contractor who will be selected to perform the work. The gates are 15 and 10 feet wide by 8 feet high. The contractor will also be required to line the fence with a fabric membrane to obstruct the view to the public.; FENCE INSTALLATION: Fence post shall be spaced according to the plans or drawings provided. For installations that must be raked to follow sloping grades, the post spacing dimension must be measured along the grade. Fence sections shall be attached to posts with self-tapping screws supplied by the manufacturer. Post shall be set in concrete footers having a minimum depth of 36".
