The restorations also include the replacement of the Bottom Wood Supports, Wood Channels, and the Water Sprinkler Assembly. For the Fencing portion of the project, the work includes the replacement of the damaged Galvanized Chain Link Fencing, Galvanized Fence Posts and Top Rails. The restorations also include the replacement of the damaged wood picket fence. For the Ancillary Building portion of the project, the work comprises of the replacement of the Aluminum Roof Gutter and PVC Downspout, the Removal and Replacement of the Wood Floor, Wood Baseboard Trim and the General Electric ACS18 A/C unit. The repairs also include the Removal and Replacement of the Storm Shutters, General Electric AME12 DAM2 Window AC Unit, Exterior Doors, Wood French Doors with Hinges, and Roof Ridge Cap. It also incorporates the Replacement of the Wood Antique Metal Hinge, Glass Windowpane, Corrugated Metal Roof Panel, Corrugated Metal Shed Roof, Treated Wood Frames, Treated Plywood Shed Walls and Wood Vertical Supports. The repairs also include Hazard Mitigation Proposal work for Window Guards, Window AC Unit Cage, Half Round Historic Gutters, Wind Resistant Downspouts, and Window Pane replacements.
